Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham, and Deepika Padukone, has finally arrived, and fans can’t help but enter theatres to watch it. This spy-thriller movie may have faced several boycott trends, but the craze for the film is stronger than any boycott trend or protest. Well, spy thriller is one of the popular genres among the Indian audience, and they love to watch such thrilling, suspenseful movies. Take the example of Salman Khan’s tiger franchise. It has always been a hit, which is why the makers have always received a demand for the next instalment in the series.
People can finally watch Pathaan, but here are some other spy thriller films they are looking forward to!
Tiger 3
Bollywood’s Bhaijaan has a tremendous fan base in India, and why not? His films always set the theatre screens on fire. The much-awaited third season of his Tiger franchise, Tiger 3, will finally arrive this year. Katrina Kaif will reprise her role as a Pakistani spy, and you will see her pulling off some major stunts in this upcoming film. Manish Sharma is directing the third part. Tiger 3 is expected to release around Diwali this year.
Tehran
Just like Pathaan, Tehran is another spy thriller that fans are excited about. Interestingly, it stars Pathan actor John Abraham as the lead. Manushi Chillar will play the female lead opposite John in this film. Arun Gopalan is making his directorial debut with Tehran. We all know John excels in action scenes, and therefore, his fans are eagerly awaiting this film.
War 2
The two Bollywood hunks Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff collaborated on Waar, and the film was a huge box office hit. Directed by Pathaan director Siddharth Anand, War grossed around 300 crores at the ticket window. The next season of “War 2” is eagerly anticipated due to overwhelming fan support.
