He later got the chance to work in opposite to Irrfan Khan in the movie called Migration from Mira Nair and also was seen in the film called Positive with Farhan Akhtar, Boman Irani and Shabana Azmi.
Then he was seen in Zoya Akhtar’s movie called Luck By Chance wherein he played the character of a struggling actor. His performance was applauded by one and all in the movie. This gave him another called Barah Aana along with Naseeruddin Shah along with Karan Johar’s film called My Name is Khan. He then was seen in Onir’s film called I Am wherein he was seen in a controversial gay love scene.
