Ruslaan teaser: Aayush Sharma is ‘impulsive and inpatient deshbhakt’ in this non-stop action ride
Just a couple of days ago makers of Aayush Sharma’s next action thriller ‘Ruslaan’ had released the film’s motion poster, which showed him standing in a suave stylish blazer with a guitar in his hand. We could also notice a few automatic guns aiming towards him. Now makers have released a new teaser for the film, promising a non-stop action ride with some breath-taking inventive action-set pieces and thrilling pursuit sequences.

The short teaser begins with Ruslaan (Aayush Sharma) sprinting after a motorcycle with the rider’s face disguised beneath his helmet. The teaser depicts Ruslaan as having two entirely opposing personalities: he is a lovely musician and guitarist in one personality, but we also see him beating the goons with his great hand-to-hand combat skills in the other. He also doesn’t mind utilising firearms.
The short teaser also introduces Jagapathi Babu, Vidya Malavade and debutante Sushrii Mishraa, in pivotal roles. Vidya Malavade’s character describes Ruslaan as an ‘impatient and impulsive guy who doesn’t like to follow protocols’.
Although the teaser does not make it apparent, we can deduce from this single line that Aayush Sharma’s Ruslaan is an Indian secret agent sent on a particular mission. Jagapathi Babu plays a cop, and newcomer Sushrii Mishraa does not play a heroine in distress. When the trailer for a film is out, we will most likely learn more about the plot.
  The film was shot in the scenic settings of India and Azerbaijan. The production values appear to be high as well. Ruslaan is produced by KK Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Sathya Sai Arts, with Aayush Sharma in the titular role. Directed by Katyayan Shivpuri, the film is slated for release in 2023 but the release date is yet to be locked.
