She had given a reason in one of her early interviews given to a leading gossip magazine.
While talking to the magazine, she said that we live in a country where our audience is more concerned about the personal life of celebrities. She said they are more interested in knowing what’s going on their lives and what made her marry in a hush-hush affair two years back when she was not even thirty. She said the real reason why she got married to Virat at 29 was that she was in love and still in love with her man.
Further talking about it she said marriage was not less than a natural progression for her. She said she had always stood for women to be treated equally. Hence she would not want to experience some of the most beautiful moments of her life leading in any kind of fear. She said that when men can work and continue to work after marriage why not women would work. People who are seen in love are seen going out and then expressing the same. She said it is so beautiful to her around some happy couples.
Talking about Virat and her relationship with him, she said that both remained honest to each other and she likes the honesty of her hubby a lot. She said that both support each other all the time. She said that both of them are progressing to become good individuals and professionals. The two got married in 2017 and talking about her work, she is all set to open up her production venture in streaming media.
