Ankita Makwana may not be a known name in B Town but she seems to be in making with her bold looks in her upcoming movie fever. She is an Indian and Swiss celebrity, actress and model. She is the daughter of J.H. Makwanathe Honorary Consul-General of India to Zurich and the State of the Vatican City as well. She therefore was born and brought up in Zurich and lived in a number of places like Geneva, Paris and Bombay. She did her schooling from different place doing her BA in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen based in Switerland while she graduated in the year 2007.
Her interest towards the creative field was seen during her childhood when she was seen hosting one episode of the popular TV show called Euro Zindagi aired at Zee TV UK. Before she acted in a couple of movies, she got her formal training at the known institute called NamitKapoor’s Acting Lab in Bombay in the year 2006. This followed her venture in short duration movies and commercial ads for brands like Universal Mobile and Ford Ikon wherein she was seen sharing space with B Town actor R Madhavan.
Talking about her debut in B Town movie, she was seen in the film Kidnap by Sanjay Gadhvi in the role of Tisha. She has been seen over the cover page for a couple of woman’s magazine including Annabelle. She even was seen walking the ramps for brands like 495M and others. She was featured in the magazine WW Who is Who Zurich in 2014 apart from seen in a number of other Swiss and German newspapers and dailies. She has written a script for B Town film, which will be made in Switzerland.

Besides acting and modeling, she is also a motivational speaker and was called up at the popular TEDx Conference held in Zurich as a motivational speaker. Besides, acting and modeling, she is also into filmmaking, writing, and producing films for groups like Sitcom Zurich 8001, which is one of the first global and English speaking Sitcom that covers the entire of the areas in Switerland.
