Amy Jackson is a popular actress and British model who was born in Isle Of Man on 31st January 1992. She went to St Edwards College wherein she got her GCSEs and thus the sixth form which helped her to study English literature and language along with ethics and philosophy. Her elder sis and brother are into media industry as her brother works as a producer at the prominent BBC Radio Merseyside. She started her career in modelling contesting the Miss Teen World Competition, which she won in 2009 along with the 2010 Miss Liverpool title as well. During all these events, she was spotted by AL Vijay the Tamil movie director who offered her a south Indian film to her called Madrasapattinam, which she did in 2010.
Amy Jackson career of modelling in UK and acting in India till she got her first debut Hindi movie in Bollywood called Ek Deewana Tha with Pratiek Babbar in 2012, which also saw the release in Telugu language called Yevadu. She then was seen in another south Indian romantic thriller called I, which was among the most expensive and grosser movies of 2015. She then got her next venture called Masss, which was the supernatural thriller from Venkat Prabu, however, she opted out as she didn’t like the script and the character she was offered. Rather then went for two other Tamil movies directed by other filmmakers called Velraj and Thrikumaran. She is also doing a BBC drama series back in her home country.
Amy Jackson upcoming movie in Bollywood is Singh Is Bling opposite Akshay Kumar, which is directed by Prabhu Deva and expected to release soon in October 2015. She has signed another movie called Housefull 3, which is a multi-starrer comedy film wherein she got an ensemble cast. Currently, she is doing three different Tamil movies including VIP 2, Gethu and Vijay 59. As far as her personal life is concerned, she was seen in a relationship with Pratiek Babbar while working with the movie – Ek Deewana Tha, she lived with him for a while under the same roof, however, she split after few months. She then was seen dating Joe Selkirk the boxer, however separated after he was seen assaulting her. She then moved on to date Ryan Thomas the Coronation Street actor, however, eventually she broke up in 2014.
