Alisha Farrer, as the name suggest is not an Indian actress or model but from Australia wherein she is a successful model and actress as well. He is born and brought up in Perth, Australia to a parent of Indian origin. Right from the age of four, she had been involved in acting and dancing considering her interest in these fields. She loved Bollywood movies especially the dance and songs in these films and got inspiration to make her career in this field. She did her school and college from Perth itself, while being in college, she got the chance to enter in the world of modelling. Then she got a number of commercial ads to do over small screen apart from walking a number of ramps and doing other modelling assignments.

While doing her modelling, she then headed to Mumbai, the city of dreams to enter in Bollywood in the year 2014 as she has inspirations Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai based in Mumbai. However, before moving to Bombay, she started her career as a model by working with a modelling agency called Xtreem Modelling Agency based in Perth in Australia. This followed a couple of other assignments including walking over the ramp of Rocky Bay, Model of the Future then she worked with a Channel called 9 studios Australia to do a couple of TV commercials for different home based products. Meanwhile, she also got the chance to host a TV show and later headed to do things like voice dubbing, doing a number of fashion shows, managing models, carrying out the jobs of DJs and other things.

Since Alisha Farrer is very much linked to India and Bollywood, she created her own official portfolio seeking the help of a known fashion photographer called Praveen Bhatt in New Delhi, India. This was in the year 2013, while in the very same year; she did an online web series called In the Hands of Todd. She contested in Miss India AU wherein she was among the finalist but later opted out since she felt some kind of forgery being carried out by the fellow contestant. She then was seen in the fashion show of Manish Malhotra in London. Some of the shows she did in Australia during the 2012 and 2013 include Son of a Gun. Later, she left everything to complete her education from Curtin University.

Later she decided to head out to Mumbai to pursue her dreams to become an actor in Bollywood in the year 2014. During her visit she got the chance to sign her first movie in Bollywood called sizzlingel Beautifool directed by Samir Iqbal Patel and the actors in the main lead include tarring Rejith Menon, Jia Sharma and Imam Siddique. The movie is in its final stage and is likely to hit the theatres this year end. Apart from this film, she also signed two more movies in Bollywood, which include Jhol and Zindagi, wherein she has the lead role. The former is its post production phase while the latter is in filming stage, which together can help in getting a good start in Bollywood.
