For Alia Bhatt, its a new duty for the young actress as she has turned the sister of Karan Johar Son Yash. Raksha Bandhan has brought the Raazi actress to Karan Johar’s home where she was a presence to tie a rakhi on the small wrist of Yash who now calls Alia as his Didi or sister. It was Karan Johar who launched Alia way back in 2012 and since then he has given too many good movies that turned big for the actress’ career. He calls Karan Johar as her mentor and guide and she keeps herself as a daughter to Karan at times.
So, it was obvious to see the young actress dropping at Karan Johar’s home to carry out the sisterly rituals by tying a Rakhi on the wrist of Yash. Alia Bhatt was quick to share the picture with Yash while carrying out the rituals on Instagram where she captioned it as Just Too Much Love. Karan Johar whom we know as a father of twins – Yash and Roohi in 2017 also posted the same photo of Alia and Yash over his Instagram handle writing the title as Alia Didi.
This is not the first time when Alia when to Karan Johar’s place but had visited last year as well to celebrate this big day with her one year young brother Yash. Alia was quick to react on K Jo’s photograph where she wrote Big Sister Love. Talking about her work, the last time we saw Alia Bhatt was with Varun Dhawan in the film Kalank and now she is busy with a couple of projects including Brahamastra with Ranbir Kapoor, Sadak 2 with Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur and Inshallah with Salman Khan which would release in Eid 2020.
