Alia Bhatt’s Fashion Game is Unstoppable: Her Successive Stylish Diwali Velvet Suit Looks in Maroon and Navy Blue look stunning

Alia Bhatt is one of the most sought-after actresses in India, and her fashion sense is just as impressive as her acting skills. For Diwali this year, why not take inspiration from Alia’s recent velvet suits? Here are two of her looks that you can recreate:

Maroon Velvet Suit

For her post-National Awards dinner, Alia wore a maroon velvet suit by designer Raji Ramniq. The suit featured delicate floral and animal embroidery across the entire length in the front and gold trimwork at the hem of her long sleeves. She paired the suit with a matching dupatta and slacks, and accessorized with dangling earrings with a precious red stone center, her wedding ring, and a tiny black bindi.

This look is perfect for a Diwali party or dinner. It’s elegant, sophisticated, and yet still festive. To recreate it, simply pair a maroon velvet kurta with matching palazzo pants and a dupatta. You can add a statement necklace and earrings to complete the look.

Navy Blue Velvet Suit

For the opening ceremony of the 141st session of the International Olympic Committee, Alia wore a navy blue velvet suit by designer Sureena Chowdhri. The suit featured flared sleeves and intricate aari, zardozi thread, mirror, sitara bead, and cutdana work. She paired the suit with a matching palazzo and an organza dupatta.

This look is more modern and edgy than the previous one. It’s perfect for a Diwali party where you want to make a statement. To recreate it, simply pair a navy blue velvet kurta with matching palazzo pants and a dupatta. You can add a statement necklace and earrings, and even a pair of heels if you want to dress it up even more.
