Tiger Zinda Hai 1st Weekend Box Office Collection

Tiger Zinda Hai Movie Review
Tiger Zinda Hai Movie Review

The Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer – Tiger Zinda Hai seemed to have embarked with a new record crossing all the figures that it was supposed to do in his previous movie called Tubelight. The sequel seems to be a blockbuster at the moment that has now scored more than 100 crore while passing the first weekend. This can be the dream come true for the actor as he failed to gain much with his last movie and had to return the money to the distributor taking his moral responsibility of the film’s failure. However, with his recent film hitting the festive time, he has bagged a huge collection entering into the 100 crore club.

The film earned 33.75 crores on the first day, while on the second day, it has gained around 34.25 crore and Sunday the third day remained the highest with collection crossing these two figures and leading to 36 crores. Hence the first weekend box office collection for Tiger Zinda Hai netted to around 104 crores thus crossing the hundred crore club on its first weekend. The film was released in around 5700 screen all across the country. Although it has earned more than Salman’s earlier movie but it has failed to beat the SS Rajamuli’s blockbuster film called Bahubali: The Conclusion and even SRK’s film Happy New Year.

The fact of the matter is with Christmas holiday, the film Tiger Zinda Hai has one extra day making it to be an extended weekend for the film. So, it is obvious to see the audience catching the film in a big way for sure. The Trade analysts feel that the film would cross 140 crore on this extended weekend for sure considering the terrific start. In a way the movie has surpassed all the B Town films that have been suffering with low collection including even the films like the ones from all the three Khans. The film is an extension of the previous story wherein the couple is married and have a kid is doing wonders over the box office and it will continue till next weekend, which will have the New Year Eve of 2018.
