Alaya F Denies Cosmetic Surgery Rumors Following Lakmé Fashion Week Appearance
Actor Alaya F has officially denied rumors that she had cosmetic surgery after her recent appearance at Lakmé Fashion Week 2026. After she walked the runway, some people on social media claimed she had a nose job or lip fillers. Alaya quickly posted a video on Instagram to clear the air, saying she hasn’t had any work done and that any changes were just due to good lighting and healthy habits like face massages and staying hydrated.
In her video, Alaya showed her face up close to prove her features are natural. She told fans, “I have not done anything, I promise. If I had, I would’ve told you.” She explained that she isn’t the type of person to lie about these things. She even mentioned that in the past, she thought about fixing a small bump on her nose but decided against it because she felt it was unnecessary.

The rumors started after Alaya appeared in a high-energy fashion show for Max Fashion. She was one of three main stars in the show, alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi, who opened the event with a dance, and Kalki Koechlin, who was the showstopper in a sleek all-white outfit. Alaya herself wore a bright yellow crop top and jeans, and all three actors came together on stage for the grand finale.
On the professional side, Alaya was last seen in the movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Her next big project is a series called Storm on Amazon Prime Video. This thriller is produced by Hrithik Roshan’s company and features a strong cast, including Parvathy Thiruvothu and Saba Azad.
