As the new list of 100 Highest Paid Celebs at Forbes appeared, we can see Akshay Kumar emerging as the only Indian celeb in the said list. He is the only Indian actor to appear in the list, while his position dropped to 52 this time, while last year, Akshay Kumar was on 33rd Position on the list for the previous year. This year, the total earning of the actor is 48.5 million USD, while the previous it was reported as 65 Million USD.
This year he still has managed to beat the Hollywood bigwigs like Will Smith who is on 69th position in the list having 44.5 million USD and Angeline Jolie ranking on 99 with $35.5 million. In the list, Akki was also able to beat the other global celebs like Rihanna (#60), Katy Perry (#86), Lady Gaga (#87) and Jennifer Lopez (#56). With Akshay the only B Town star found in the list, Forbes has described the Mission Mangal actor the only top earning star in Bollywood.
The magazine also applauded his efforts in helping and supporting the war against the menace called COVID 19 in India by donating around $4.5 million. It also talked about his debut in a web series at Amazon Prime called The End, which remains the most awaited series on the OTT platform.
