Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif re-creates the old magic with Tip Tip song with more intimacy from Sooryavanshi
“Tip Tip Song”, the latest song from Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi, is now out. It is a remix of the classic song “Tip Tip Barsa Paani” from the 1994 film Mohra. It starred Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon, and Tandon’s seductive performance in the song is still remembered today. In the 1990s, her yellow saree for the song was also a hit.
While Akshay Kumar is still in the Sooryavanshi song, this time he has a dancing partner in Katrina Kaif, who has conquered the number with her flawless dance abilities. The song’s hook dance has been preserved by choreographer Farah Khan, and witnessing Akshay and Katrina nail it will transport you back in time. Even Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan’s vocals have been preserved, preserving the authenticity of the 1990s chartbuster.
What has changed is the setting of the enthralling number. The original song was shot on a construction site, but the reimagined version appears to be shot during a fair.
While announcing that “Tip Tip Barsa Paani” will be recreated for Sooryavanshi, Akshay Kumar had shared, “I would’ve definitely been disappointed if any other actor would’ve recreated Tip Tip Barsa Paani, a song which has been synonymous with me and my career and I can’t thank Ratan Jain ji enough. At times like these you realize, we may have come a long way but we also go back a long way.”

On November 5, Sooryavanshi was released in theatres. The film stars Akshay Kumar as the chief of the Anti-Terrorist Squad. Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn make cameo cameos in the flick.
