Ajay Devgn’s NY Cinemas Rebranded as Devgn Cinex

Indian superstar Ajay Devgn, in partnership with Vishwa Samudra Group, has officially rebranded NY Cinemas as Devgn Cinex. The launch took place during the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja celebrations at SNDT Women’s College in Juhu. Bollywood Hungama was the first to report the event, which drew members of Mumbai’s cultural and film communities, marking a milestone for Indian cinema.
The ceremony began with traditional Durga Puja festivities, followed by the unveiling of the Devgn Cinex logo amid cheers, music, and vibrant lighting. This rebranding reflects the collaboration between Vishwa Samudra and NY Cinemas, with a shared goal to elevate the movie-going experience through upgraded theatres, cutting-edge technology, and expansive growth across India.Speaking at the launch, Ajay Devgn remarked,

And what better day than today to announce the next chapter for our cinemas.
