Ajay Devgn takes a loan of Rs 18.75 score for his new bungalow worth Rs 47.5 crore

Actor Ajay Devgn always keeps up with the news weather it’s for his upcoming films or his private life. Now, recently the actor took a loan of Rs. 18.75 crore to purchase a bungalow in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The bungalow is worth Rs. 47.5 crore and is spread across 474.4 square meters and the property is close to this current bungalow in the same area.

As per sources the deal was confirmed last year in November-December near Kapole Co-operative Housing Society, where the bungalow is situated and was earlier owned by a person named Bhavesh Balkrishna Walia.

On the professional front, Ajay Devgn will be seen in a new film Gobar, which was directed by Siddharth Roy Kapur.Talking about the film, Ajay Devgn told Variety, “The story of Gobar is at once unique, relatable, and incredibly funny, as well as gripping and entertaining to the point that I’m confident it will compel people to go to the theatres. We are very clear about the impact we want to make. We want viewers to laugh, relax, perhaps think a little bit and be entertained.”

“Gobar is a story that chronicles the seemingly pointless but ultimately heroic journey of a simple citizen who deals with corruption in a way that will bring on many laughs, much adventure, and ultimately a simple message about the power of the common man. What makes the film entertaining and unique is that it is a situational comedy that sheds light on the inner workings of power,” said Siddharth Roy Kapur.
