Bio – Ajay Devgn is an Indian film director, actor, and producer who is among the established name in the industry. Ajay comes from a Punjabi family and born in Amritsar but shifted to Mumbai as his family is related to the film industry. His father is a popular stunt choreographer, while his mother is a producer. His bother Anil is a film director and among the alumnus of Silver Beach High school based in Bombay and of course the Mithibai College. He went to Bappu School and then did his graduation in commerce from Mithibai College. He started dating Kajol in the year 1991 after filming of Gundaraj who was called as an unlikely fair by many in the media. However, the duo continued to date for around 8 years and finally married in a Maharashtrian traditional Indian wedding on 24th February 1999. The couple has now two kids daughter Nysa and son Yug 11 and 4 years respectively. He is among the first man in Bollywood to own a private jet for his transport for different shooting locations, personal trips and promotions and also is among the first Indian to have his own Maserati Quattroporte (luxury four-door saloon).
He started his acting debut with a movie called Phool Aur Kaante in the year 1992, which was a big hit. This was the same movie wherein he did the split while balancing over the motorcycles, which gave him the tag of action hero then and there. His next Bollywood successful movies include Jigar, which gave the collection of 7 crores, which is a big amount of early 90’s. The next movie includes Dil Hai Betaab, Divya Shakti and Sangram. Then came Ek Hi Raasta, Platform, Bedardi Dhanwan, Shaktiman. Another big action cum romantic movie was Dilwale wherein he played the character of a mentally challenged character, which was among the top money-making film in the industry. Thus in the slot of 91 to 97, which is considered as his early days really saw many good movies. He continued to work in a number of movies, while some of his recent movies include Satyagrapha, Himmatwala, Son of Sardar, Tez, etc.

As a film producer, he started his journey with Raju Chacha way back in 2000, which was considered to be a flop but it didn’t stop him to proceed ahead in film production. However, later in the year 2008, he then embarked with another movie called U Me Aur Hum of his home production, which was an average movie from his home production; however, it got good stars and applauds from the critics. Later in 2009, he came up with another movie called All the Best: Fun Begins, which was directed by Rohit Shetty starring Ajay, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen, Bipasha, and Mugdha Godse, which also got positive reviews from the reviewers. Bol Bachan was his joint production of the year 2012, which gave 70 crore collection getting mixed reviews. Ajay is often seen snubbing the award functions and does attend many of them. He calls the award function as sham and do trust on them, which made him controversial in his early days.
