The movie has popular stars like Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha, which share a good track of doing greater business over the Box Office. Continuing the same trend Action Jackson had a good start with higher occupancy rate of around 60 percent in the morning, that kept on increasing with the passing shows in the afternoon and then in the evening. The movie was released in around 3400 screens, which is likely to get a good collection with the positive word of mouth.
As we know the movies from Prabhu deva happens to be a mass entertainer, hence getting such a higher response is very much inevitable. Despite getting average reviews from most of the critics, the movie was able to garner good vibes about it, which was seen at the Box Office. Hence at the end of day one, the Box office collection for Action Jackson went to around 14 crores, which is indeed a decent figure for any movie having average reviews from most of the critics. Similarly, the first weekend collection will go much better than the first day.
