Adipurush song Ram Siya Ram: Prabhas and Kriti Sanon show Ram and Sita’s divine love for each other in this timeless composition

The second song from Prabhas and Kriti Sanon’s upcoming mythological drama ‘Adipurush’ has been released. The new song ‘Ram Siya Ram’ is based on the classic timeless composition.

The new song, which shows Ram and Sita’s divine love for each other, begins with Raghava (Prabhas) reminding Janaki (Kriti) that she is a princess and should be in palaces, not in the bush and jungle with him. She responds by saying that a shadow can never be detached from the body. We also witness Janaki (Kriti) telling Ravan, “Janaki Raghav ki hai aur unki hi rahegi” (Janaki belongs to Raghav and will always be his).

The song is based on the same-named old song. Sachet-Parampara composed this new version, which is also sung by Sachet Tandon and Parampara Tandon. The lyrics were written by Manoj Muntashir Shukla.

Many admirers also applaud the composers for staying true to the original tune of the bhajan. Although the VFX in this song are considerably better than in the teaser, they still appear unrealistic and subpar.

This is Adipurush’s second song, following ‘Jai Shree Ram’, which was composed by Ajay-Atul. Both songs have garnered a lot of praise from fans, and many believe that the film’s music is helping to overcome the massive criticism for the film’s poor VFX.

‘Adipurush’ also stars Sunny Singh as Laxman, Saif Ali Khan as Ravana, and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman. Adipurush, directed by Om Raut, is based on the Indian epic Ramayana, and the plot revolves around Ram’s journey to Lanka to save his bride Janaki, who has been kidnapped by King Ravana. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam on 16 June.
