Abdul Quadir Amin is a known actor in B Town who hails from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He was born on 7th February 1983 and was brought up at the same place. He did his schooling from Government High School, Raipur and later Bharat Bharti Convent, MS. He then to London to complete his master is Media and TV from the reputed London Academy of Media, Film and TV. In India, he has done his Bachelor in Computer Science followed by MBA in Marketing. He did his PG diploma program in Filmmaking and other business subjects. He then headed to Mumbai to enter into the B Town. At the age of 25, he got the chance to work in film Luck By Chance by Zoya Akhtar in 2009 as Asst. Director.

He did a number of films like Talaash, Student of the Year, Bombay Talkies and Dil Dhadakne Do as Assistant Director to get the insight about the filmmaking. He then got the chance to act in different films starting from Bombay Talkies, the others include Dil Dadakne Do, however, he was recognised in 2018 film Mulk. He also acted in other films in 2018, which include Paltan, Gold, Lust Stories, Thugs of Hindostan, Manmariziyaan, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha to Aisa Laga, Gully Boy, Sonchiriya, and would be seen in other films like Batla House, and Panipat.

He is a non-veggie by food habit, and he loves to read books and listening to Music. He likes Cricket, and in his car collection, he has Ford vehicles and Bullet. Apart from being an actor, he is also a businessman and owns the company called Amin & Company that deals with locking systems. Besides, he is also the founder of a hardware store called Babaji Traders that deals with hardware and accessories. Talking about his personal life, he is married to Zahra Amin and has made a tattoo of his wife at the neck area. He will be soon seen in John Abraham starrer movie RAW in April 2019.
