Aamir Khan’s Lal Singh Chaddha to cover events like Operation Bluestar & Babri Masjid Demolition
As the actor Aamir Khan is gearing up for his next film Lal Singh Chaddha inspired by Tom Hank’s classic film Forest Gump, we now hear that the film would cover sensitive issues like Babri Masjid demolition and Operation Bluestar in it. The makers want to create the same impact the original classic film has made in Hollywood covering a couple of events from American History seeking the timid and honest protagonist in it.
The character of Aamir Khan of a Punjabi guy will look at Indian History right from the time of partition of the country. As per the sources, the film would, therefore, cover all the sensitive issues of Indian History including the operation Bluestar carried out at the Golden Temple in Amritsar to gun down the Khalistani terrorists along with showcasing even the demolition of Babri Masjid.
As per the sources close to the makers, the entire film is to translate the same effects the orignal film has created in Hollywood in the Indian soil claims the writer. So, even the brutal aspects of Indian History would be dealt without actually brushing them inside the carpet. The sources claim that the issues would be dealt with carefully in the movie. Aamir Khan as we know is keen on knowing the facts right, he would be taking care by inviting reputed historians as his consultants to portay the roles right on the screen. Aamir said that he wants to portray things right on the silver screen. The film is releasing in Christmas 2020 and would clash with Akshay Kumar starrer film Bachchan Pandey.
