Laal Singh Chaddha, the much-awaited film starring Aamir Khan, is ready to visit theatres, and the public is quite excited. Aamir Khan, who plays Laal Singh Chaddha, will be seen wearing various hats in his professional life throughout the many phases, including one in which he travels across the country for an extended period. And now, the makers of Laal Singh Chaddha’s most anticipated film have finally released the beautiful video for the film’s song ‘Kahani.’ The song is sung by Mohan Mannan and composed by Pritam, with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Taking to social media, Aamir Khan Productions’ official account shared the song and wrote:, “Introducing you to the loving and innocent world of Laal Singh Chaddha, in the voice of none other than Sonu Nigam :)”

Talking about the song, Aamir Khan said, “I truly believe that the songs in Laal Singh Chaddha are the soul of the film and this album has some of my career’s best songs. It was a very intentional decision to put Pritam, Amitabh, the singers and technicians in the spotlight because not only do they deserve to be center stage but also the music deserves its due credit. I can’t wait to see how audiences react to the music that the team has poured their heart and soul into.”
Director Advait Chandan said, “Kahani is my most favorite song ever. Every time I felt nervous on a shoot, I would listen to this song. It’s the perfect introduction to our film. Dada’s melody, Amitabh’s lyrics and Mohan’s voice transport us directly into the world of Laal Singh Chaddha”.
Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya makes his Bollywood debut in the film, alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film is directed by Advait Chandan, and it is produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Paramount Pictures. The film is a Hindi adaptation of Forrest Gump, a 1994 American film based on Winston Groom’s 1986 novel of the same name. The film will be released in theatres on August 11, 2022.
