After releasing on BBC in the UK and Ireland, the film A Suitable Boy is ready to release on Netflix. The streaming giant has now decided to embark upon the said series, which is made at the backdrop of the early days of Independence years in the 1950. The series is based on the best selling book by Vikram Seth with the same title. It was aired by the BBC and now the streaming giant is releasing the same on 23rd October 2020.
However, this series is not for the UK, Ireland, US, China and Canada. The rest of the people have the option of catching up the series soon. The series has managed to get a very good review thanks to the compelling content that makes things all different from others. It talks about the journey of Lata who happens to be a passionate student of literature and moves around romance and other similar elements.
The star cast of the series is incredible and the audience in the UK and Ireland have liked their performances. It moves around the early days after the British colonial rule when tensions were on rise among the people who voted in their first democratic general election. Mira Nair is the director of the film and it has an interesting star cast with veterans like Tabu and the young actor Ishaan Khatter.
