Vicky Kaushal Jots Down a Thought-provoking Note On Sardar Udham Singh’s 120th Birth Anniversary
As the actor bagged the best actor award for his film Uri: The Surgical Strike in a recently held National Award Function, he is now gearing up for his next biopic film on Sardar Udham Singh. The film is based on the life of the legendary freedom fighter Udham Singh and it also happens to be the 120th birth anniversary of the freedom fighter. It was therefore obvious to see the actor jotting down some message on social media about him.

The film is directed by the veteran filmmaker Shoojit Sircar and it is based on the life of Sardar Uddham Singh. The man has killed General Michael O’ Dwyer, who was responsible for the killing of more than one thousand people in Jalianwala Bagh in 1919. He was lieutenant governor of Punjab when he ordered the fire at the Jallianwala Bagh. Vicky is playing Sardar Udham Singh.
