Akshay Kumar starrer Comedy-Thriller ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ to have its SEQUEL
Remember the 2007 starrer comedy thriller – Bhool Bhulaiyaa, yes the same Akshay Kumar starrer film that seemed an instant hit among the masses. All thanks to the power-packed performances by actors like Vidya Balan, Akshay Kumar, Ameesha Patel, and Shiney Ahuja. The comedians like Rajpal Yadav and Paresh Rawal too added the comedy elements in it that made the thriller into a comedy thriller one. Let’s not forget Akshay Kumar who also did a decent job playing both the fun and serious role.
The makers – T-Series now plans to make a sequel of the film after around 12 years. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, while he wanted to have its sequel long back, however, things were not taking in the required shape. Now, the Housefull 4 director Farhad Samji is all set to take the direction part of the sequel on his shoulder. Once he completes the Housefull 4 release, we will start gearing up for the sequel.
Now, as far as Akshay Kumar is concerned, he is now gearing up for his next release Good News. He has just completed his shooting with Kareena Kapoor Khan, which is produced by Karan Johar’s banner called – Dharma Productions. He is also planning to be the part of the remake of South Indian film Kanchana, which has been named Laxmi Bomb. The writer of the film is Samji, and on the other side, he is also the part of the cop drama called Sooryavanshi, directed by Rohit Shetty, also written by Samji as well.
