KRK says : Imtiaz Ali, Farah Khan can’t make hit films in dream also
Actor Kamaal R. Khan criticised filmmakers Imtiaz Ali and Farah Khan, sand said tha that the two can’t even dream of making a hit film.
Kamaal, who has done films like Deshdrohi and Ek Villain, took to twitter on Sunday (June 12) to criticise the filmmakers as well as superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who will be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming film.
Kamaal tweeted “SRK became superstar with new director’s films like Baazigar, Kuch Kuch sizzlinga Hai…but now he believes in established flop directors like Imtiaz Ali,”
He added “If you work with Imtiaz after Tamasha also then 100 per cent something is wrong with your confidence. Imtiaz and Farah Khan can’t make hit film in dream also,”
Kamaal shared that he suggested Shah Rukh to do the film of director Mohit Suri’s film instead of Imtiaz Ali’s but he gave preference to Imtiaz over Mohit so let’s wait for this great director film.
He labelled Farah Khan’s 2014 film Happy New Year as poor, Kamaal stated that all the stars, who were in the film are sitting at home.
The film had stars like Shah Rukh, Sonu Sood, Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah and Jackie Shroff.
He wrote “Two years ago a wahiyat film Happy New Year released and all the actors of that film thought, they have become stars, so now all are sitting at home,”
Sonu Sood, who is currently shooting for the upcoming Indo-Chinese film Kung Fu Yoga with superstar Jackie Chan, gave a good reply to Kamaal, who is often engaged in controversies, that he should keep his wishes intact.
“Don’t worry mere (my) Bhai (brother). With your wishes sitting in Shanghai and doing what people can only dream. Keep wishes intact Bhai,” Sonu tweeted on Sunday (June 12).
