Lastly, talking about the government duties, the transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹21 lakh alongside a standard registration fee of ₹30,000.

The residential property has been jointly purchased by three individuals: Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. Neither Salman Khan’s team nor the new homeowners were available for an official comment at the time of reporting.
