Exciting First Look Poster of Vvan to Be Unveiled on Sidharth Malhotra’s Birthday; Folk Thriller Shifts Release to Avoid Clash with Bhooth Bangla

Bollywood’s popular young star Sidharth Malhotra will celebrate his birthday on Friday, January 16. After a successful 2025 with Param Sundari—which opened well and delivered memorable songs—Sidharth is gearing up for his next film, Vvan. Fans have a special surprise in store as the makers plan to unveil the film’s first look poster on his birthday.
A source shared with Bollywood Hungama, “The Vvan team is set to reveal Sidharth’s first look on Friday. He sports a massy, never-before-seen avatar in the film that’s sure to astonish fans and general moviegoers alike.
The source added, “Vvan will no longer release on May 15. The film is produced by Ekta Kapoor, whose other production, Bhooth Bangla directed by Priyadarshan and starring Akshay Kumar, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, and the late Asrani has been pushed from April 3 to May 15. Releasing two Ekta Kapoor productions on the same day wasn’t practical, so Vvan’s release has been postponed. The new release date remains under wraps and is expected to be revealed alongside the first look poster.”
A unique collaboration between Balaji Motion Pictures and The Viral Fever, Vvan marks the first on-screen pairing of Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia. Directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar, the film delves into the rich world of Indian folklore, promising a visually stunning and emotionally gripping cinematic journey.
Talking about the film, it is set in the mystical heartlands of Central India, the story weaves together ancient legends, hidden temples, and the mysteries of an untamed forest. The cast also includes Maniesh Paul, adding to the film’s intriguing ensemble. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
