Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan, and Nikhil Kamath Partner with Radico Khaitan to Launch Luxury Spirits Venture

Radico Khaitan Limited has announced an exciting new partnership with Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, his son Aryan Khan’s D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, and entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha, to launch a premium spirits venture under the banner of D’YAVOL Spirits. This collaboration aims to craft some of the world’s finest luxury alcoholic beverages, catering to discerning consumers in India and across global markets by celebrating rich regional heritage with bottled-in-origin offerings.
Radico Khaitan’s board has approved a strategic investment and partnership with D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. and D’YAVOL Spirits Private Limited. Through this deal, Radico Khaitan will acquire a 47.5% equity stake in both companies, with a total investment of up to Rs. 40 crore.The agreements, inked with D’YAVOL B.V., D’YAVOL India, Aryan Khan, Harprit Singh, NK Enterprises Holding Limited, and Kamath Technology LLP, position Radico Khaitan as the largest shareholder in the venture.
Together, they will handle the global marketing, trading, and distribution of premium spirit brands, with luxury tequila set to be the flagship launch. Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director of Radico Khaitan, expressed his excitement:
