Salman Khan heads to Hyderabad amidst the death threat
In the midst of the death threats, Salman Khan has just come back from Dubai as he had been to Abu Dhabi for IIFA awards. The actor came and also left for Hyderabad for the next schedule of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. The actor was spotted at the private airport with very strict security.
A day back on Sunday, Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan received a letter which had a death threat for SK. The letter read, “Moosa Wale jaisa kar dunga (Will make you like Moose Wala) K.G.B.L.B.”
His security, on the other hand, has not been ramped up yet. The DCP of the protection and security section verified to India Today that his security measures remain the same as previously.
At Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand promenade, Salim Khan’s guards discovered an unsigned note with the message “tumhara Moose Wala kar denge (you will end up like Moose Wala)” scribbled on it. Salman Khan and his father, Salim Khan, were the recipients of the letter. An FIR has been filed by the police. Salim Khan, according to the police, went for a walk on the promenade at 7:40 a.m. and sat on the bench where he always sits. It was there when the letter was discovered.
“Salim Khan informed the police through his security guard. His statement has been recorded and an offence registered under the Indian Penal Code for ‘criminal intimidation,” they said.
