World Health Day is observed on April 7th all across the world. The World Health Organization has designated this day to raise worldwide health awareness. Bollywood celebrities never fail to inspire their fans to live a healthy lifestyle when it comes to health and fitness. They motivate us to stay in shape, both physically and emotionally.

Here’s a list of five Bollywood actors that have recently improved their fitness and, as a result, have inspired us.

1. Richa Chadha
Richa Chadha has recently made headlines for her gruelling exercise videos. In fact, her most recent weight loss images, which she released on social media, astounded everyone. Richa promotes healthy weight reduction and speaks frequently about the fads and fallacies surrounding weight loss, and her profile is always a breath of fresh air and truth amidst the manufactured lies that surround the market, which is an obvious source of inspiration for many!

2. Rajkummar Rao
Rajkummar believes in preparing his body for every role he takes on, which is why he did ‘Eat. Sleep. Lift. Repeat’ for his roles in ‘Chhalaang’ and, most recently, ‘Badhaai Do,’ both of which required him to be physically fit. His Instagram account implies that the actor prefers outdoor workouts such as swimming, athletics, and anything that can be done in the form of stretching on a plot of grass. Working out in the open keeps the body more athletic and develops stamina than working out in a gym, and his method of keeping his routines and workouts natural is nothing short of inspirational to many!

3. Emraan Hashmi
Emraan Hashmi has recently joined the ranks of the ripped Bollywood hunks. The actor has been working out hard in preparation for his role in the third episode of YRF’s highly successful tiger franchise. He’s revealed his weekly workout plan and food charts on Instagram several times, and it’s a comprehensive combination of strength, endurance, and cardio training. This is a great motivator for all of his admirers!

4. Sanya Malhotra
Sanya Malhotra is well-known for her fitness. Even before she began her Bollywood career, she was frequently observed at the gym by photographers, even if it was for her physically demanding role in the all-time Bollywood movie, ‘Dangal.’ She may be seen performing quick manoeuvres and powerful push-ups in a number of videos on social media, giving us tremendous goals. 5. Adarsh Gourav
