26/11 attack: From Akshay Kumar to Anupam Kher, celebs pay tribute to martyred soldiers

The 26/11 attack that happened in Mumbai in 2008 will always be in our memories and cannot be erased. The tragic incident caused by the Terrorist attack took away the lives of many people. 14 years have passed but the scary moments of this black day are still fresh in people’s minds. In the terrorist attack in Mumbai, more than 160 people died, and 300 people were injured. Every Indian shuddered remembering that black day. 

Today on the 14 anniversary of the 26/11 attack, have a look at some celebs who expressed their gratitude towards martyred soldiers and paid tribute to them 

Celebs who paid homage to 26/11 martyrs

Anupam Kher

Veteran actor Anupam Kher remembered the martyred soldiers of the army who sacrificed their lives to save Mumbaikars on this day. On his official Twitter handle, he shared a photo and wrote- “भूलना नहीं…. Never forget…” The caption of his image post reads, “A tribute to our heroes.”

Akshay Kumar

Khiladi Akshay Kuma also paid tribute to the people and brave martyrs who lost their lives in the Mumbai terror attack. On his office account, he tweeted, “Remembering the innocent victims and brave soldiers of the Mumbai terror attack who were martyred 14 years ago on 26/11. Happened, never forgotten.”He has also shared a photo of the officers who were awarded Veergati.

Bhojpuri star Ravi Kishan

Actor-Politician Ravi Kishan also showed gratitude to the martyrs and paid homage to the martyred soldiers. He wrote, “#मुंबई में 26/11 को हुए आतंकी हमले की बरसी पर मैं उन सभी लोगों की स्मृति को नमन करता हूँ जिन्हें इस घटना में अपनी जान गँवानी पड़ी। इस हमले में मुक़ाबला करते हुए जिन सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने अपना बलिदान किया, उन्हें मेरी भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि। यह देश 26/11 की घटना न भूला है, न कभी भूलेगा। (On the anniversary of the 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai, I bow to the memory of all those people. who lost their lives in this incident. My heartfelt tributes to the security personnel who sacrificed their lives while fighting this attack. This country has not forgotten the incident of 26/11, and will never forget it.)”

Raveena Tandon

Veteran actress Raveena Tandon recalled the tragic event, which left the country devastated. While sharing her post on her Twitter handle, she shared a photo and wrote, “NEVER FORGIVE, NEVER FORGET #26/11”
