Bhumi Pednekar Is Driving an Awareness About Social Distancing in MP Kids
The B Town actress Bhumi Pednekar seems to be busy right now as she is giving some tips on social distancing to not less than hundreds of kids in Madhya Pradesh with video calls. While talking about this initiative she said the terms social distancing and isolation are required to be hammered in the minds of the people in this country just as these do not tend to be a privilege in the dense population countries like India.
She decided to talk about the same issue among the kids and faculty members along with the authorities of the schools using the video facilities for discussing the virus and helping them understand how it is a threat to all. Bhumi is supporting a school called Abhyudaya Ashram, which is a home and school that has been abandoned for the socially backward and underprivileged kids. These include the kids like the girls rescued from skiny business and has been running for three years.
The school is based in Morena and was established in the year 1992 meant to fight against the menace called skiny business among the kids in the valley and later it expanded its base for boys as well. They help the kids look for job opening for the kids thus empowering them along with offering them a good future. She then added saying that she has been talking to every member of the ashram and then telling them regarding the dos and donts at the time of crisis. Talking about her work, she will be seen in the film titled Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.
