2. 0 to lose business with Kedarnath’s release

The Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer movie 2.0 is going great guns at the box office. It has already crossed 400 Crores in the last five days and is going smoothly over the box office, but it is likely to lose the business with the advent of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan starrer movie Kedarnath at least when we talk about the Hindi version of 2.0. The Hindi version of 2.0 is also doing well, and it has entered into the 100 crore club with the collection reaching to 122 Crores. However, the makers of Kedarnath and even other sources suggest that their film would do good business and would, therefore, hamper the collection of 2.0 in a big way especially when we talk about the Hindi belt.

As per reports, the film Kedarnath has a good buzz in the media. Thanks to the presence of Sara Ali Khan who is doing her debut with this movie. The 25 years old daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh has been the talk of the town ever since she was roped in by the makers in this film. The film is also has been in the controversy for the interreligious love story and the way it is made keeping the natural calamity of Kedarnath at the background. Thus it will have an impressive opening this Friday as it finally hits the screen. As per the sources, the conflict seen in the film and then converted into a love story, will work at the box office.

The makers feel that the film has all the elements that will work in earning big at the box office. This will certainly be going to slash down the business 2.0 has been getting all these days with the solo release in the media. Also, the sources close to the multiplexes too feel the same. The trade experts also feel that since the film has Kedarnath and natural beauty at the backdrop along with a fiction based love story clubbed with a natural calamity, it will certainly going to work. After its release, the film will have a decent word of mouth buzz in the media. The film is likely to get 7 to 8 crores on the first day and it will increase in the first weekend.
