If you look at the recently released movie 102 Not Out by Umesh Shukla, it is still sailing slowly and steadily over the box office. With its simple and sober storyline, the film is able to win hearts of thousands of people across the country. The film is all about a father and son relationship, which was played by Big B and Rishi Kapoor on the silver screen adding a new magic in the media. Now, when the film has entered into its fifth week, it has managed to earn its first 50 crore over the box office. Despite a number of releases like Raazi, Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, and Veere Di Wedding and now Kaala, the film has managed to reach out that feat.

Big B played the man of 102-year-old father while and Rishi Kapoor was the 75-year-old son who seem to have been spreading their love and magic with this film 102 Not Out. As per reports, the film 102 Not Out has scored around 51.72 crore at the end of the fifth weekend at the box office.  The film happens to be based on a Gujarati play, which was written by Saumya Joshi and it revolves around the life of a 75-year-old son along with the 102-year-old father, who simply wishes to break down the world record of becoming the oldest man of a 118-year-old Chinese man. The film therefore had a decent story that was liked by many giving such a figure over the box office.
The makers seem to be satisfied with the film’s performance over the box office. As per reports, the director, Umesh Shukla was seen saying that it was great to see how the audience has given the return to the collection. The audience seems to be excited about the film having the blend of actors found in its star cast said the director. He further said that the film has the youthful look and feel in terms of story and content that has helped the film to gain this milestone.
