Hate Story 3 – First Weekend Box Office Report-Makes 26 Crores
The Sharman Joshi, Karan Singh Grover and Daisy Shah Starrer film had a smashing start on its opening day collecting around 9.5 crores. However, the coming Saturday, the collection dipped down to around 8 crores. However, this Sunday, the collection again surge up, thanks to the word of mouth buzz for the film, that propelled the collection of the film. The film despite getting negative reviews from most of the critics survived to get a decent occupancy only due to its word of mouth buzz the sensation it created with its erotic promos in the media. The multiplexes and even certain single screens were able to draw a decent crowd giving a decent collection at the end of the first weekend.
As per reports, the 1st weekend box office collection of Hate Story 3 tolled to around 26 crores, which is really a good movie despite getting negative reviews from most of the critics. Generally most of the erotic thriller often tend to perform better over the silver screen and comparing with its previous two films of the Hate Story franchise, the Hate Story 3 seems far better in terms of collection and buzz in the media. Also, the music of this film has been attracting the audience and thanks to the sensual presence of Zarin Khan, who also made the difference in calling the people to the theatres to catch the film.
