The shoppers now have a tough time but when they fall under the celebrity circle it becomes a big time issue.
The online shoppers get a piece of brick for a iPhone they have ordered and many more similar things have happened with the Indian consumers by the ecommerce giants. With the increase in the trend of online shopping, there have been a number of reports in the past that are reported on a daily basis when the people are seen duped for no reason. And this time its the turn of a Bollywood actor- Sonakshi Sinha. As per reports, the Holiday actress ordered for a Bose Earphone, but she was shocked to see few pieces of rusted iron pieces.
She paid for the earphones that costed her around 18,000 INR and what she got was few bucks rusted iron pieces. She was quick to express her grievance on the microblogging site called Twitter when she said Hey Amazon see what I got for the earphones I have ordered. It took few minutes to see her post going viral, which made the eCommerce company apologize for the same. This has been happening to the common consumer a lot and no ecommerce company ever feel like taking the responsibility of saying sorry about it. She also shared the photograph over Twitter.
