Vijay Deverakonda is an actor who is active in South Indian films. He was born on 9th May 1989 in Hyderabad. He did his schooling C Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, AP, and Little Flower Junior College, Hyderabad. He then went to Badruka College of Commerce and Arts in Hyderabad and later headed to become an actor. He started his career with a romantic comedy called Nuvvila in the year 2011 and later headed to do Sekhar Kammula’s Life is Beautiful in a cameo role.

He then did several films including Yevade Subramanyam playing Rishi and he is seen in a Supporting role, which soon followed by films like Pelli Choopulu, Dwaraka, Arjun Reddy, Ye Mantram Vesave, Mahanati, Geetha Govindam, NOTA, Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi, Taxiwaala and Dear Comrade to name a few. While his next film is World Famous Lover and released in 2020. He also produced one film Meeku Maathrame which was directed by Shammeer Sultan released in 2019.

He bagged a number of awards including Nandi Awards Special Jury Award – Telugu for Yevade Subramanyam followed by Filmfare Awards South as Best Actor – Telugu Arjun Reddy. He then Zee Telugu Golden Awards for the Best Actor, He then got Behindwoods Gold Medal for The South Indian Sensation, while got Zee Telugu Golden Awards for the Favourite Actor playing Geetha Govindam and Sri Kala Sudha Telugu Association Awards for the Best Actor. Besides she Hindustan times India’s most stylish 2019 Awards as sizzlingtest stylist and SIIMA Film Awards for the Best Actor (Critics) – Telugu Geetha Govindam and Popular Celebrity on Social Media.
