The newly acquired home is located in Bay Heights, a premium residential complex on Krishna Chandra Marg in the upscale Bandra Reclamation area. Developed by Excel Enterprises India Private Limited, the apartment spans 121.14 square metres (approximately 1,304 square feet) and includes two reserved parking spots. The registration records also reveal a stamp duty payment of Rs. 38.15 lakh. The official handover of the property is slated for November 29, 2030, as per the agreement.
