Prerna Arora of KriArj Entertainment Spills the Beans about the dispute with Gothic Entertainment
In a recent issued statement from KriArj, the company has expressed its dismay about how their dispute with Gothic Entertainment was dealt. It stated that the two have maintained cordial relationship earlier with the media. Talking about the same, Producer Prerna Arora called the reports about their issues with the other company as inaccurate, and fabricated giving a great stress to her and the company.
She said that she and her company value the freedom of speech and expression as given by our constitution of India, however, she pointed out that as per the Article 19 one has to follow reasonable restriction about the given freedom. She said such reporting should be carried out within the constitutional framework. Further, it rightfully restricts the reports in the media as well that should come with correct outcome of the judicial proceedings claimed Rishabh Saraf.
Prerna Arora, who is a creative soul and a passionate individual happens to be the Director and the key shareholder of the company and has handled the company- KriArj Entertainment with great professionalism and seriousness. As per her official representative Prerna is now seeking an injunction order against the dispute reported in the media. She called it as wrong, half-baked reports published in the media to misguide people.
The civil case investment by Gothic Entertainment of 29.25 cr INR during 2016-17 and 2017-18. The company was seen reiterating its stance about the wrongs done to Gothic Entertainment. On the other side, KriArj Entertainment Pvt Ltd was seen settling the issue with INR 40.88 Cr at a whopping 60 % interest per annum. Moreover, as per the company only 15 crores seemed to be pending now against the loan.
