Ashish Vidyarthi gets married to fashion entrepreneur Rupali Barua at 60
In a surprising turn of events, popular Bollywood and TV actor Ashish Vidyarthi gets married again at 60. According to media reports Ashish tied the knot to an Assamese fashion entrepreneur Rupali Barua. The couple reportedly had a court marriage on Thursday morning, followed by a get-together and reception. Ashish’s wife Rupali belongs to Assam. She is a fashion entrepreneur and associated with an upscale fashion store in Kolkata.
The wedding, which took place in Calcutta on Thursday, was attended by only his family and close friends. According to reports, the couple will now host a reception party for friends and relatives after the wedding.

Talking about his marriage at this age, Ashish told ETimes, “Marrying Rupali at this stage of life is an unusual feeling. Our court marriage was done in the morning and we will have a get-together in the evening”.
When asked about their love story and how they met, Ashish replied,, “Hey, this is a big thing, let’s talk about it again sometime. ” Rupali added that they met some time ago. And eventually, they decided to take things forward. Rupali reveals that they both wanted their wedding to be a small family affair and it was just that.
Interestingly, Ashish Vidyarthi is yet to make official announcement about his marriage.
The National Award-winning actor was previously married to Rajoshi Barua who is the daughter of actor Shakuntala Barua. They also have a son- Arth Vidyarthi. Meanwhile, on the work front Ashish who is a renowned actor, has worked in 11 languages in over 300 films, was last seen in Trial by Fire and Kuttey. Recently he was also seen in the movie ‘Goodbye’ starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna.
