WAR 1st Day Box Office Collection – Gets a hurricane start

Amidst all the buzz and fuss, the film War hit the screens today. The film starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff has remained the most happening film in B Town. Thanks to the incredible action sequences that the film has, the film released today in more than 4000 screens in India. As per reports, the film released on the holiday got the start with 85 percent of the occupancy reports in the morning which soon turned 100 per cent in both the single and multiplex screens.

Getting such an overwhelming response at the box office, the film managed to get a big total on the first day, which would propel the good word of mouth buzz in the media. As per reports, the 1st day box office collection for the film went to score not less than 47.75 Crores, which is huge on day one. The film has already got 25 crores with the advanced booking and the next 22.75 crores came on the first day of the film. Despite the competition posed by the Hollywood release like JOKER and the other South Indian film SYE RAA NARASIMHA REDDY, War continued to dominate.

With such a huge business going on the first day the film managed to come close to the 52.25 Crores on the first-day collection for the Aamir Khan and Big B starrer film Thugs of Hindostan that scored 52.25 Crores on the first day. The experts feel that the buzz would continue and it should be able to score 100 Crore within three days of its release. The first weekend would surpass 150 to 170 crores if you look at the current picture. Well, long goes the film War, stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
