The recent buzz in the media suggest that the WAR actor has procured a huge and lavish property in the plush area of Mumbai – Juhu Versova Link Road. He has procured the apartment in the tower that gives a perfect view of Arabian seas from the 14th, 15th and 16th. Hrithik Roshan was seen shading under Rs. 100 Crore at the third floor at the said location. As per reports, the actor has procured two apartments that remain a penthouse of the same.
The actor is also gearing up for his next super hero franchise – Krrish and he is likely to integrate the other. Talking about the property, the area of his new home is around 38k sq ft, which is on the forty sixth floor with 800 sq ft flats that offer an interesting view of the sea. The apartment seemed to have 6500 sq ft having an open sky terrace having an exclusive lift. The building has an air life called Mannat which cost around 97.50 Crores to be exact. The property documents are yet to be accessed by the media.
The builder Samir Bhojwani is the man behind the building, which happens to be a duplex coming along with a second apartment, which cost around 67.50 Crores which has around 27,534.85 sq ft on the 15th and 16th floors of the said tower. The other apartment of the actor measures around 11,165.82 sq ft, which is on the 14th floor. As per reports, the actor has paid Rs 30 crore, while for the stamp duty he has given around Rs 1.95 crore for the registration of the apartments.
