Actor Ashish Roy, who returned home from hospital due to rising bill, did not even get help from Salman Khan

TV actor and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ fame Ashish Roy has been battling ill health for a long time. He has now been discharged from the hospital as he was unable to pay the bill for treatment. In an interview to SpotboyE, the actor said that he is currently living at home.

Ashish said, “I am at home but there is a lot of weakness. There is a servant who looks after me. I was discharged from the hospital on May 24 because I do not have the money to pay the bills. I kindly filled the bill of 2 lakhs. My dialysis will continue for two more months. I have to go to the hospital every other day and three hours of dialysis costs about 2 thousand rupees. ”

When asked about getting help from Salman Khan, Ashish said, ‘I have asked for help to Salman but till now I have not received any help. In such a situation, whether I have reached him or not, I do not know. Let us know that in the past, he had asked for money for his treatment through Facebook. After his appeal, filmmaker-director Hansal Mehta and some others came forward to help him.

It is noteworthy that Ashish Roy has worked in dozens of TV shows like ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, ‘Banegi Apni Baat’, ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’, ‘Yes Boss’, ‘Ba Bahu Aur Baby’, ‘Mere Angne Mein’, ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ and ‘Aarambh’ etc. Apart from TV, Ashish Roy has also been dubbing Hollywood films. He is a voice-over artist and has dubbed for various characters in several films such as ‘Superman Returns’, ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, ‘The Legend of Tarzan’ and ‘Joker’.
