Here comes the most awaited trailer of the film called The Fakir Of Venice starring Farhan Akhtar and Annu Kapoor. In this movie, Farhan is playing the character of a production executive, who is assigned an unusual task of finding an Indian holy saint who can remain under sand with just his hands visible outside. He accepts this incredible assignment and goes on a journey to find such an Indian saint to finally meet Annu Kapoor who can remain inside the sand with his hands out. He is made to travel to Venice which begins the drama.
As you check the trailer, you get to understand that the film showcases intense human behavior along with strong relationships irrespective of the language issues, conspiracy, humor, truth and lies. The film has been shot at various places including Venice, Ladakh, Banaras and Mumbai. Interestingly, this film has been shot even before Farhan Akhtar’s debut film Rock On 2008 however, it was struck for some reasons.
The film is directed by Anand Surapr while it is produced by Punit Detai under his banner October Films. Farhan and his team is now gearing up for its release soon by teaming up with Ashutosh Gowariker. The film also has Disha Patani in it. The last film released for Farhan was the sequel of Rock On.
