Aftab Shivadasni is the same old Farex child, who appeared over the packages of Farex. He is a known actor, model and producer of different movies in Bollywood. He was born and brought in Mumbai in Hindu Sindhi family. Her mother, however, is Parsi and father is Sindhi. He did his schooling from St. Xavier’s High School, while did his B Com from HR College in Mumbai. He married to his old time girl friend Nin Dusanj who hails from a Punjabi family in London, while she works in Hong Kong. He kept his marriage secret, considering his superstition. His wedding was attended by his close friends and family members.
Wiki : Aftab started his career as a child artist appearing as a Farex baby when he was barely 14 months while he appeared in a number of TV commercials. He was seen making his debut in movies like Mr. India in 1987 followed by Awwal Number, ChaalBaaz, Insaniyat and Shahenshah. After this, he kept on appearing over a number of commercial on TV till the age of 19 and finally he got the role at this age in one of the movies of Ram Gopal Varma called Mast opposite Urmila Matondkar. This gave him a high place in Bollywood making him a star leading to a couple of awards including the ones from Star Screen Award under the category of Most Promising Newcomer- Male for the movie Mast. He got this movie, while he was the student of HR College.
After getting a good review for his performance in Mast, he got his next movie called Kasoor in opposite Lisa Ray. He then earned a slew of other movies, which include Love Ke Liye Kuchh Bhi Karega Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat, Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe, Kya Yehi Pyaar Hai Rahul, Awara Paagal Deewana, Jaani Dushman, Pyaasa, Darna Mana Hai, Hungama, etc. Some of his earlier movies include Daddy Cool, Kambakkht Ishq, Acid Factory, Aao Wish Karein, Bin Bulaye Baraati, 1920 – Evil Returns, Grand Masti, etc. Apart from acting, he has also produced a couple of movies, debuting Aao Wish Karein under his own production company called Rising Sun Entertainment.
The story of the movie was co-written by Aftab, while the other movie he produced includes Bin Bulaye Barati in opposite to Priyanka Kothari. In his career, he has received a couple of awards, including Zee Cine Award for Male Debut for his debut movie Mast, while received the same award the Negative Role for the movie Kasoor. Apart from Zee Cine Award, he has received Star Screen Award for Mast.
