HC refuses to put a stay over Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 release

Kya kool hai hum movie

The Bombay High Court has rejected the appeal as filed by a social worker Zubair Jabir Khan to get the ban on the film Kya Kool Hain Hum 3. However, the court has issued notices to the Censor Board and Centre asking them in order to give their definition about morality and thus refused to stay over the release of the said film. However, the movie has already hit the theatres and is running, which was objected by the social worker for spreading the culture of nudity and obesity in our society.

The Bombay High Court however said that it’s too late to hear the petition as it was filed at the last moment while the film’s promos and posters have been floating in the media since a month. However, the petitioner claimed that he saw the clip of the same on YouTube only on Thursday night, which led him to take the step late. He pointed out how nude posters of porn com film are going to affect the youth. The Censor board has given the film as A Certificate and claimed that it is really difficult for anyone to define the morality and suitability at this stage.
