Last Week, it was a solo release A Flying Jatt and the makers were smart enough to get the film released on a Thursday considering the holiday of Janmastami. The film managed to secure though that great collection in the extended weekend yet it ended doing a decent film.
As per reports, the first weekend box office collection with one day extra tolled 29.45 crore. With this the film managed to beat some other films like Kapoor & Sons with a collection of around 26.35 crores. Despite no competition the film couldn’t do much as expected by the makers.
In fact, the film’s week story with not much of content in it only ended up attracting the kids as they were keen to catch the super hero with a smiling face and comedy elements. The film is directed by Remo D’Souza while has Kay Kay Menon and others in the key roles.
The experts are not expecting to see any kind of escalation in the coming days during the week days for the obvious reasons as it was not that promoted that well and the mixed reviews from the critics also failed to create any kind of buzz as the film was expecting.
