Prateik Babbar is keeping quite busy these days with more than one web series in this kitty. In addition to Skyfire, Prateik is busy shooting for another web series, titled, Virkar & The Anti-Social Network. However, the prime actor will also be seen in Rajnikanth’s next upcoming, Darbar.

It is however; hard to predict the kind of films Prateik Babbar will be taking up next. Last year, he was critically acclaimed for his experimental role of a young militant in Anubhav Sinha’s Mulk. Now, he is all set to play the lead in the web series Skyfire that is a slick futuristic sci-fi drama from Zee5.

However, the talented actor also calls his marriage to be his lucky charm. Talking about the same, Prateik said, “We shot the whole series in just a couple of months without compromising on the quality. And now, the praise I am getting for my performance and for the series makes me feel like I am finally getting there. Marriage has been lucky for me, I guess.”

Talking about his acting sequence in Rajnikanth’s film, Prateik said, “I am so honored to be in the same frame as him. I’d have played anything they asked me, just to be seen with Rajini sir. Luckily for me, I have a good role. It is again an anti-social role of a druggie and a criminal.”

Speaking about his struggle with drugs, a few years ago, Prateik openly mentioned the role his wife played in his battle with drug addiction mentioning, “It is my wife. She is such a positive influence on me. I have stopped all the negativity in my life. Now there is only love,” he gushes.

Prateik Babbar hot got hitched to his long time girlfriend, Sanya Sagar earlier this year. Prateik shared his marvelous love journey mentioning, “We connected socially. From an acquaintance, she became a friend. Then she went away for some years. After that, we got really close and decided to get married. Marriage is the best thing to have happened to me. It feels wonderful to have someone to go back home toagain. I lost my beloved Naani (grandmother) some time back. But we literally get to see each other only in the night. She is busy with her work. I am shooting round-the-clock. I dreamt of this day when I’d be too busy for diversions. Now, it’s really happened.”
