Nikhat is the sister of Bollywood actor Aamir Khan. She is the daughter of film producer and director Tahir Khan, the father of Amir Khan. Her brother Faisal Khan has also acted in Hindi films. Farhat Khan , the other brother never appeared in films.
Nikhat’s uncle Nasir Hussain, is a renowned filmmaker. Writer Director Mansoor Khan is her cousin. Presently , her nephew Imran Khan is also acting in films. She was a part of the production team of Tum Mere Ho which was directed by her father Tahir Hussain. Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla played the lead roles in the film.
