Welcome Back First Day Opening Box Office Collection
The hilarious sequel is back on the silver screen called Welcome Back. With loads of star cast comprising of actors like John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Shruti Haasan and Paresh Rawal, along with Dimple Kapadia, Naseeruddin Shah, Sakshi Maggo, Sara Loren, Shiney Ahuja, Snehal Dhabi, Ankita Shrivastava and Harry Josh. Written and directed by the talented filmmaker called Anees Bazmee finally has released this Friday, which seemed opening with a slow pace. However, as the day turned dusky the occupancy for the film started gearing up. Thanks to the good buzz of the film and decent word of mouth publicity, the film seems to have done better in terms of first day collection.
Also, the other factor, which helped the film was its solo release. The film with mixed review was able to capture the attention over the theatres considering the limited number of choice before them. Hence the film managed to better over the silver screen, which gave a decent collection as well. As per reports, the first day box office collection for Welcome Back tolled to around 7 crores, which is actually a good figure. The trade pundits are expecting a good surge in the coming first weekend as well. There is hardly any competition so Anees has least to bother, while the film proves out to a decent grocer despite the presence of Phantom in the theatres.
